Using the command : streamlit config show , it can print the information. But when I check the config.toml file, I can not find in the ~/.streamlit/ , only found the .stable_random_id file. I use the streamlit in the ubuntu-18.04 docker.

Yes that is right the custom theme I put in the app is not appearing on the app when I run it.
