Account Blocked (Error 403 Fair-Use) - Need Help Unblocking lyajaofficial

Hi Streamlit team and moderators,

My main account (lyajaofficial@gmail.com) was automatically blocked with a 403 Fair-Use error. I am a beginner trying to deploy a simple barcode generator tool for my small business production team.

I got stuck on an “installer returned a non-zero exit code” error and repeatedly pushed changes to my GitHub repository’s requirements.txt (adding pdf417gen and fixing library versions). I didn’t realize that doing this too fast would trigger the automated anti-spam system.

I had no malicious intent and have fixed the repository now. Could a moderator please help review and unblock my main account?

Thank you so much!

Hey @lyajaofficial, welcome to the Streamlit community and thanks for reaching out! Sorry you’re running into the 403 Fair-Use error—this is a common issue for new users, especially when making several rapid deployments or fixes in a short period. The system sometimes flags this as suspicious, but it’s usually not permanent and can be resolved.

To get your account unblocked, you’ll need to open a support ticket and include your GitHub username (and email, if possible). The Streamlit team will review your case and help restore access. You can find the step-by-step process in the official docs: How to submit a support case for Streamlit Community Cloud.
