App stuck "Spinning up manager process"

May 8th 2023, I also have a similar problem. Everything seems to be fine but I waited for many hours. What’s wrong?

I’m experiencing the same issue. After installing all the dependencies, the app starts, since I get a few logging messages, but then I get these messages and nothing else happens

[06:05:47] ⛓ Spinning up manager process...

In the end, I saw a post saying to delete the entire project and start a new one. And for some reason, that worked for me.

Same problem with me. The app works when i deploy it. But, in viwers screen, look like this:
