Aquaria: Web Based Computer Vision app for Fisheries and Aquaculture

Good Day Everyone!

I’m currently conducting a research study entitled “Aquaria: A Web-Based AI Platform Utilizing Convolutional Neural Networks and YOLOv8 for Precision Fishing, Aquaculture, and Marine Sustainability in the Philippines”. This study serves as my undergraduate thesis, a requirement for my graduation.

In line with this, I’m looking for fifteen (15) industry experts in the field of Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, or any other related field to evaluate the web application I developed according to the SOAQM standards based on ISO 25010. I would highly appreciate any feedback, comments, or suggestions to further improve or extend the study.

You could opt to visit the website link provided below and there is also a GitHub repository which outlines more details and localhost deployment. Thank You Very much in advance!

Hi @vince_vence,

Thanks for sharing!

Hello vince_vence.
Congrats for your project! It looks very promising.
How is the project going so far?
I am planning to start a similar project in Brazil to predict fish weight in aquaculture farmets in Amazonia. Maybe, we can colaborate to each other. How does it sound to you? Please send me a email if you are open to connect. My gmail is cristiangrb@gmail.com.
Good luck in your project!
