Cannot create new app : stuck at Spinning up manager process

Hi,

I connected my github account and try to deploy my app.
Everything works smooth locally and the files on github are the same as the local ones.

For some reason I cannot deploy the app. It gets stuck

his is good news, I guess.
From my end it does not work. Tried different computer and smartphone. Different internet access as well.

May I ask you a screenshot of what you see ?
On my end it is just a white page
