I open sourced Chat Tree Canvas today.
Chat Tree Canvas (built in React) turns a conversation into a tree. Every prompt and answer becomes a node on a canvas, not a line in a scroll. Branch at any point, compare answers side by side, and keep every path.
The Streamlit app frontend embeds a componentized implementation of the canvas and is able to receive rich, multimodal, streaming chat responses from the backend.
The FastAPI backend is a five-endpoint contract, so wiring in your own agent is easy. Two reference backends ship in the repo: a mock, and one that streams a real LLM with tool calls.
The repo includes a full presentation deck and architecture diagrams I used yesterday at AICamp London Meetup.
