It worked for me.
I resolved it as follows on Windows, when I installed pip install streamlit it generated the following WARNING: The script streamlit.exe is installed in ‘C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Packages\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.11_qbz5n2kfra8p0\LocalCache\local- packages\Python311\Scripts’ which is not on PATH.
Consider adding this directory to PATH or, if you prefer to suppress this warning, use --no-warn-script-location.
