I am unable to install timescale_vector with the following requirements.txt
altair
numpy
pandas
pydeck
streamlit
psycopg2-binary
llama_index >= 0.8.37
timescale_vector >= 0.0.2
GitPython
Does any have any clue when you run this on the streamlit cloud ?
Does it run for you on streamlit community cloud ? 
libpq-dev, please include this in the packages.txt at the root folder of the app
