My Streamlit application could not be accessed using my email

I submitted my email address yesterday, and the community cloud accepted it. However, today it is not accepting my email. I am attempting to deploy my new global application. Please investigate the issue and resolve it so that I can proceed with the deployment of my app.

What app are you trying to access? Can you share the URL and repo? Did you change anything in your repo (rename anything, move anything)?

If it’s an access issue, it’s possible you have two different accounts. If you log in with GitHub, the email on your account is forcibly updated to whatever you have in your GitHub account.

If it’s an existence issue, the most common scenario is that the coordinates to the app are misconfigured. This can happen if you rename or move anything after it’s deployed. (You can ofter fix this by reverting all the changes so that GitHub looks exactly like the Community Cloud system expects it to.)

Are you able to see the app in your admin dashboard?
