Request for unblocking of account

Hello Streamlit Team,

My Streamlit Community Cloud account is showing:

“Your account has exceeded the fair-use limits and was blocked by the system. Code: 403”

I was deploying a hackathon project and accidentally pushed large files earlier, which I have now removed from GitHub.

Could you please unblock/reset my account?

Repository:

Thank you.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Streamlit community! The “Your account has exceeded the fair-use limits and was blocked by the system. Code: 403” message means your Streamlit Community Cloud account was automatically blocked for exceeding resource or fair-use limits. This can happen if your app uses too much memory, CPU, or storage, or if the system mistakenly flags your account—even for new users or first deployments.

To resolve this, you’ll need to open a support ticket and include your GitHub username. The Streamlit team will review your case and help unblock your account if appropriate. You can find the step-by-step process in the official docs: How to submit a support case for Streamlit Community Cloud. If you’d like help optimizing your app to avoid future blocks, please share a minimum reproducible example or your repo link (which you already did—thanks!) so the community can jump in with tips! Community members—feel free to share your experiences or advice!
