I am having the exact same issue. When the app reruns, every st_echarts have a weird “flickering” issue. More precisely, there is a visible horizontal bar overlapping with the graph for a fraction of a second before it renders. This issue can be seen by switching between the examples in this demo: https://echarts.streamlit.app/?ref=streamlit-io-gallery-favorites. Any insights on how to fix this?
