Hello Streamlit Team,
I’m facing a login issue with my existing Streamlit Community Cloud account and would appreciate some help.
Issue:
- I originally signed into Streamlit Community Cloud using GitHub around a year ago.
- Since then, I changed my GitHub primary email and also removed one of my old email addresses from my GitHub account.
- My GitHub account itself works perfectly, and I can log in normally.
- However, when I try to sign into Streamlit Community Cloud using GitHub, the verification code is still being sent to the old email address that was previously associated with my GitHub account instead of my current verified primary email.
What I have already tried:
- Revoked both Streamlit OAuth applications from GitHub.
- Authorized Streamlit again.
- Changed my GitHub password.
- Logged out and tried Incognito mode.
- Cleared browser cookies.
- Tried multiple browsers.
- Confirmed that my current GitHub email is verified and set as primary.
Unfortunately, Streamlit continues to request verification using the old email, which appears to be cached somewhere.
I already have existing deployed applications on Streamlit Community Cloud, so I would like to regain access to my original account instead of creating a new one.
Could someone from the Streamlit team please help reset or refresh the email associated with my Streamlit authentication?
For privacy reasons, I have not included my GitHub username or email addresses in this public post. I would be happy to provide them through a private message if needed.
Thank you very much for your help.
