A link which will re direct to another webpage in streamlit

Hi Team,

I want to have multiple Hyperlinks in the startup page and when someone clicks it I want to re direct to another page is it possible in streamlit.

I’m a fan of native Markdown which can render hyperlinks in Streamlit:

Simply use this -

link = '[GitHub](http://github.com)'
st.markdown(link, unsafe_allow_html=True)

This will open the link when clicked on it.
