Account blocked (Error 403) - requesting review

Hello Streamlit Community!

My account was blocked with Error 403 (“Your account has exceeded the fair-use limits”) while deploying my first application.

I’m a new user and was testing the deployment features for my educational project.
I made several reboot attempts today while fixing bugs, which may have triggered the automatic protection.
