Hello Streamlit Community!
My account was blocked with Error 403 (“Your account has exceeded the fair-use limits”) while deploying my first application.
I’m a new user and was testing the deployment features for my educational project.
I made several reboot attempts today while fixing bugs, which may have triggered the automatic protection.

- Issue: Cannot access Streamlit Cloud to deploy apps
Could someone from the support team please review and help unblock my account?
Thank you!
Hey @mironovarvara, welcome to the Streamlit community and thanks for reaching out!
Sorry you’re running into the 403 error—this happens when the system detects activity that exceeds the fair-use limits, often triggered by rapid deployments, repeated reboots, or multiple build attempts, especially during initial setup or debugging. This is a common issue for new users and is usually not permanent.
To resolve this, you’ll need to open a support ticket and include your GitHub username. The Streamlit team will review your case and help unblock your account. You can find the step-by-step process in the official docs: How to submit a support case for Streamlit Community Cloud and more details about the error here: Login attempt to Streamlit Community Cloud fails with error 403. This is the recommended and fastest way to get your account reviewed and restored.
