Account blocked with Fair Use Limit Error 403

Hello Streamlit Team,

My Streamlit Community Cloud account has been blocked with the following error:

“Your account has exceeded the fair-use limits and was blocked by the system. Code: 403”

I am a student using Streamlit Community Cloud for educational and internship projects. I am not intentionally violating any policies and believe this may be a mistake.

Could you please review my account and help restore access?
