@snehankekre @Alexandru_Toader can you take a look on mine? I’m facing pretty much the same problem. The app seems to be stuck on the following steps:
Collecting usage statistics. To deactivate, set browser.gatherUsageStats to False.

[21:44:14] 🎛 Preparing system...
[21:44:14] ⛓ Spinning up manager process...

In Local the app working fine but when I live the app then its gaving error
Looks like the issue went away by itself.

I cant seem to deploy my app from my private repository. The dependencies were processed but there was an unexpected problem with no elaboration from streamlit.
Have tried rebooting my app to no avail.
I am also not able to access my app which was working fine last week and now after sleep stuck in oven after processed dependencies. Even tried rebooting several times to no avail.
An issue was identified and fixed about half a day ago. Are any recent posters still having issues?

I am also having this issue. I have deleted and redeployed multiple times. I have also let it sit and spin for 30+ minutes and nothing moves. Gets stuck on “spinning up manager process” as well.

Been banging my head on my desk for the last 2 hours. Thought it was a problem with my project, I am too stuck at the processed dependencies phase of my deploy. I’ve tried, deleting, redeploying, changing half my app practically. Seeing a couple replies on top of mine around the same time, would love some feedback if this is an issue with streamlit server side currently.
