App stuck “Spinning up manager process”

Hello

I have the same problem on my app

Please I’m trying to update my app on streamlit’s cloud. It has stayed too long on ‘Spinning up manager process…" and doesn’t do anything else.

Any help?

I was also facing the same issue. My app was not working on python 3.9 version. I switched to python 3.10 and app was able to reload properly.
