Can NOT reboot Streamlit Cloud APP by "Reboot app" key

I can NOT reboot my Streamlit APP by “Reboot app” key normally
The cache function ( by @st.cache ) did not re-run after “Reboot app” key pressed

Except to press “Reboot app” key, anything else I need to notice to Reboot APP ?
