Can't deploy my apps that are using the opencv library(ModuleNotFoundError: import cv2)

I keep getting the error, I read through many of the discussion/blogs on here but nothing really seems to help. I am not able to deploy this app or even another app that uses opencv. I have attached my github repo links below for both the apps that won’t deploy.

Please help out. Thank you so much!
