Community Cloud Limits

@Caroline @dataprofessor

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago, I made a post inquiring about the possibility of raising my Community Cloud limits. Following the excellent recommendation from Dataprofessor, I filled out this form: Form. However, I have not yet received an answer.

I’m Roberto Peña, and I work for Mexico’s Supreme Court of Justice (my institutional e-mail is rtpenar@scjn.gob.mx). We’ve been working diligently on a new and exciting AI application that we’re hosting using the Streamlit Community Cloud.

Our app is designed to help civil society search and understand constitutional law cases in the country, which we believe is critical for the nation’s development. This project will be free and widely available, encompassing every level of legal understanding.

While we are aware that Streamlit offers a dedicated solution in partnership with Snowflake, the Streamlit Community Cloud offers significant advantages for us, especially in helping us bring this project to life within our strict budget framework.

Therefore, we are respectfully asking if our app could be granted additional resources, as we anticipate a high traffic rate from interested users.

Yours truly,

Roberto Peña

Hi Roberto,

Thank you for reaching out! It can take us about a week or so to review resource requests and respond, so you should hear from our team soon.

Thank you Caroline, I sent you a DM. And again I’m sorry for the trouble. I’m really grateful to the Streamlit community. My boss (Mexico’s Supreme Court Justice Ana Margarita Ríos Farjat) has moved the delivery deadline to tomorrow. Is there any chance the team could provide a response sooner? Again Im really sorry to even ask, your timeline would be ideal in any other circumstances.

We did it @Caroline ! Thank you so much. Jessica Smith from Snowflake has let me know that we got the bump in resources. Thank you so much again
