I managed to plot gps vs # of times it appears and it will elevate ( like a histogram )

how do I plot gps vs the df['value'].
i.e longitude 1, latitude 2 , value 100
longitude 4, latitude 3 , value 200
do I use 1 layer to point and another layer to input the value?
