I got the following error , any idea where the issue located? project works well on my pc

Hi, @tonykip Thank you so much for your prompt response, I was about to post the full log then I found the issue, Besides what I posted the rest of the log messages were not that specific. the only clue was in any case it warned me the Openai key was missing. the issue was I totally forgot to add openai in the requirements and right after adding it all problems were resolved.
