Deployment of a streamlit dash with an api flask

hello,
i have a streamlit dashboard with an api flask to make prediction.I test this locally.no problem.here i use the url API_URL=‘http://127.0.0.1:5000/’. hence i can’t deploy none in streamlit nor in heroku du to this url.how do i modify this please.
