Diamond Sequence Aligner on Deployment

Hi folks! I am trying to run Diamond Sequence Aligner on a deployed app but have hit a brick wall.

  • When I add the package in packages.txt, the package itself asks for user input upon deployment, but since the ‘manage app’ tab isn’t interactive, the app gets stuck on deployment.

  • 3 different AI models couldn’t solve this and I’m not knowledgeable enough about how the cloud file structure works to get diamond in a place where I can access and run it.

Any help would be appreciated!
