Editable Table / User configurable table

Hi Team,

Is there a possibility to have a editable table or a table that can take inputs from the user and that input be saved into data frame or being appended in the data frame which i would like to update in the database in return.

I am able to filter the options and look at it and was also able to write a download function to view it locally but I need the above functionality

Any help would be highly appreciated.
