Responsibilities

  • Own overall technical relationships with customers
  • Understand the needs of our customers and deliver data in an effective manner
  • Manage multiple contracts/customer deployments concurrently
  • Prepare deployment plans at the task, milestone, and resource level
  • Own end-to-end execution of product improvements to meet customer needs and iterate quickly
  • Communicate effectively (both internally and externally) deployment plans, deliverables, and timing
  • Meet or exceed customer targets for designated contracts/service agreements
  • Continuously analyze customer data and expert feedback to create value, improve customer experience, reduce costs, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Define/relay product requirements for internal teams and align new feature development efforts with new customer applications

Desired Skills

  • 5+ years experience in project execution, analytics development/deployment, software implementation, and/or services delivery - primarily B2B
  • Strong engineering background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science
  • A highly analytical mindset and eagerness to solve technical problems with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools
  • Understanding of how technical decisions impact the user of what you’re building
  • Proficiency with Python, Flask, JavaScript, Streamlit, FastAPI, data visualization libraries (Altair, Pyplot)
  • Familiarity with big data, databases, cloud technologies, and machine learning concepts

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with AWS services
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or prototyping tools
