I am trying to enable a download button that downloads my entire Streamlit screen as a PDF, similar to what happens today when clicking the “Print” button in the upper right corner, but with a pre-configured button integrated into my application.
Today, when clicking the print button (default in streamlit), it is necessary to change the view to “portrait” and adjust the scale to something between 38-42% (depending on the screen size).
My user is non-technical, Streamlit is generating a document for them, and this printing process becomes complex for them.
I found a post here on the forum that helps download a PDF file from the same location as the Streamlit code to the user’s PC. But do you know any way to save the entire Streamlit screen as a PDF, adjusting these orientation and scale settings to fit an A4?
