"Hmm... looks like it's taking longer than normal" error

Trying to access my Streamlit app (https://open-targets-metrics.streamlit.app/) and it looks like it is unable to wake up from sleep. It keeps showing “Hmm… looks like it’s taking longer than normal. Check back in a minute or two!”, but this has been going on now for at least 15 minutes.

UPD: the app did finally start up after about 20 minutes

What packages you are using and could you please share your github repo? Also tell me how it was in yourlocal machine?
