I got an error while installing streamlit-webrtc, I am using windows 10, python 3.11

1. This GitHub - whitphx/streamlit-webrtc: Real-time video and audio streams over the network, with Streamlit. shows it uses python 3.10
2. The error string (as above) required VS C 14

after installing build tools i got these errors while installing streamlit-webrtc

Try use python 3.10
