I wan to delete this mfaerp app but delete option disable

I have developed this application last month, and I am now looking to incorporate additional features based on user demand. However, I first need to delete the existing app. Unfortunately, all user rights are currently disabled, as shown in the attached image, which prevents me from accessing the delete and other options. Please enable all options so that I can delete the MFAERP app and subsequently create a new version. Thank you for your assistance.
