I would like to use streamlit in private cloud. I cannot find any link to create a private streamlit app. At some point I saw the link to enter credit card and use the private app but it did disappreared after I created account in public cloud.

You may have stumbled on an old thread. There is currently no paid option for Streamlit Community Cloud. Everyone is allowed a single private app. When you deploy from a private repo, it will be private by default. You can toggle the public/private status of an app from your workspace:
