Integrate Javascript to authentic user and send user data to Streamline

I try to use javascript form LINE LIFF login to authenticate user from LINE Application and get the user profile data into streamline and put it in the database
I used iframe and HTML component but nothing happen
I think the javascript should be in the head or top of the body in HTML
Is it be possible to do that?
