Tired of the same old restaurants? Craving something new but not sure where to start? TasteMatch is here to revolutionize the way you explore dining options. Just select your favorite restaurant from your current location on the menu bar, and our app does the rest. You’ll get a personalized list of similar restaurants, carefully selected based on user reviews and preferences. It’s all about expanding your culinary world, while staying comfortably within your taste preferences. 
How to use? 
Step 1 - Choose your favorite restaurant in your locality and select your target locality.
Step 2 - Click Show Recommendations to get recommendations
Step 3 - Choose the restaurant that you want to try and get more information!
The Tech Behind
At the heart of TasteMatch is a blend of FastAPI and sophisticated web scraping techniques for data gathering and cleaning. The real magic, however, lies in its custom-built Word2Vec model, tailored specifically for this app. This model navigates through complex NLP (Natural Language Processing) challenges to ensure the recommendations are spot-on.
