Is it possible to make streamlit cloud use python 3.10?

Im new to streamlit cloud and wanted to use pip that arent available on 3.13 but streamlit cloud is using 3.13. is there anyway i can force it to use 3.10?

You can change the version of Python through your app’s Cloud settings:
