Issues deploying streamline app using existing Github repo

Hi all, I’m experiencing an issue deploying my Streamlit app using my existing GitHub repository. Here’s the situation:

  • I couldn’t deploy the app via Google Cloud Console using my GitHub repo.
  • Now, I’ve tried to deploy the same repo directly on Streamlit Cloud from my GitHub space, I receive the error:
    “Oops! Looks like this repo already exists. Try a different name.”
  • However, I do not see any corresponding app in my Streamlit Cloud dashboard.
  • It seems the repo is “claimed” or linked somewhere internally but is inaccessible to me.

Could you please help me either:

  • Release my GitHub repository from any prior linkage in your system so I can deploy my app through Streamlit Cloud? (if Streamlit support team responds to this message. Happy to provide GitHub url if so)
  • Or advice on how I can resolve this issue? (anyone that can help)
