Keep encountering this error when deploying: Failed to download the sources for repository

So I keep encountering this issue, it didn’t use to behave this way. it worked perfectly fine for months now and suddenly it outputs this error and it doesn’t display the page.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Its kinda urgent

I have the same issue as of this morning. I last updated my app (https://nychsfilter.streamit.app) four days ago. It was working as recently as 11:30pm EDT yesterday and stopped working sometime around 7:00 am EDT today

I have encountered the same issue for several streamlit apps of mine, starting a few hours ago. Every streamlit apps I made worked well until yesterday. As of today, It started with one app, and now it’s spreading to other apps.

I kinda “fixed” it? maybe. What I did is set up another “new” app with the same GitHub Repo and the system recognized it as the app I had, it didn’t create a new app instead the old one now works fine. Didn’t change the url or anything either. kinda strange but it works. @Samuel @OkapiSystems hope this helps, let me know

I suspect there was a general issue that affected apps when they rebooted. So if you had an app that was up and running it would continue to work, but eventually something would tell it to refresh and then it wouldn’t get back up. I think Streamlit fixed it within about an hour of my previous post. It would be nice to know what actually happened - it was a very stressful way to start the day

Hi everyone! I am one of the engineers working on Community Cloud.

Recently we made some changes to an internal job used during infrastructure version upgrades. Unfortunately, the change broke the applications cloning from Github using an SSH key. We discovered the issue immediately, but propagating the fix took a while.

Moving forward, we changed how we migrate the applications so they have fewer disruptions during operations. We understand that the disruptions are unpleasant for our users, but unfortunately regular infrastructure upgrades are required to ensure that the platform is not open for any security vulnerabilities.

We apologize for the inconvenience and if you have more questions I am happy to address them.

Thank you for your efforts. In my case, I was fortunate enough to have all my apps back to normal shortly after yesterday’s post. One more thing, I don’t think the CSS is currently being applied, could you please check that as well, thanks!
