ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'skimage'

I am currently building an app, which shows an error as stated above.
I have installed skimage/scikit_image in my virtual environment, also made a “requirements.txt” file. But the error persist.
Kindly if anyone has a solution regarding this, help.
