Moving parts in a an Image

I am stuck into an issue right now. Suppose there are multiple parts in a container & now I want to move that part within that particular container.

In the above picture big blue box is container & 5 yellow small boxes are the 5 parts placed into the container. Now I want to move this yellow boxes within the big blue container. If anyone suggest me any solution I will be thankful to him/her.

Do you have the coordinates and the shapes of the yellow boxes?
What is the representation of the boxes? An array? An image?
Please elaborate.
In addition this is not a Streamlit-specific question.
