My Streamlit Cloud account was blocked (403 fair-use error)

Hi, my Streamlit Cloud app suddenly stopped working and shows this error:

“You do not have access to this app or it does not exist.
Your account has exceeded the fair-use limits and was blocked by the system.
Code: 403”

This is just a personal development project with very small traffic.
I think this block may be a mistake.

Could you please review my account and unblock it?

But hi mam is there a way to unblock my own account Tech-God-111 it got blocked and its showing this message

i believe that its a error because i create it just a few days ago but i forgot and now i with the help of my school i am developing an AI chatbot app.py i wanted to upload it to GitHub and now i got blocked due to fast action pls mam help me.
