Check out this awesome Streamlit app I built to predict the risk of a heart attack using a random forest machine learning model based on 13 features or clinical patient values. The app includes the probability value per new patient data in percentage as well as Explainability (XAI, Explainable Artificial Intelligence) specifically by using Shap. The input data of each new patient data is then analyzed, and per patient or subject, the parameters or variables that contribute to the model prediction are shown.
Take into account that it is a model based on patient data and should not be used for the final diagnosis.
