Open source project Clinic AI Pro - How to integrate AI for free despite region block?

Hello,

I am the developer of an open-source project called “Clinic AI Pro” – an AI-powered clinic management platform supporting Arabic language.

My problem:

  • Claude API is not available in my region (error: “App unavailable in region”)
  • I cannot add a payment card to activate free credits
  • I want to run the AI assistant in my project with zero or minimal cost

My questions:

  1. Is there any legal way to use Claude API from an unsupported region?
  2. What is the best free (or cheap) alternative AI model that can be easily integrated into a Streamlit project?
  3. Can Gemini or Llama 3 match Claude’s performance for financial analysis and Arabic language responses?

Note: My project is open-source on GitHub, aiming to serve clinics in Tunisia and the Arab world.
