Our Twitter Sentiment Analyzer app is now back in our gallery! πŸŽ‰

Hey Streamlit-ers!

Just a quick heads-up to let you know that we re-uploaded our Twitter Sentiment Analyzer app back to our gallery!

You can try it here: :point_right: https://streamlit-example-app-twitter-analyzer-streamlit-app-tbx7jk.streamlit.app/

To use the app, simply enter a search term and view the most recent sentiment on Twitter regarding that term through three informative charts:

  • The Sentiment Polarity chart: Polarity is a measure of how positive or negative a statement is, with a range of -1 to 1. A score of 1 is a positive statement, -1 is a negative statement.
  • The Sentiment Subjectivity chart: Subjectivity is a measure of how much personal opinion, emotion, or judgement is in a statement, with a range of 0 to 1. A score of 0 is an objective statement, while 1 is a subjective statement.
  • Top terms: A bar chart highlighting the top terms related to that query.

Forking the repo and adding your own Twitter API credentials is highly recommended!

Happy Streamlit-ing! :balloon:
