Page not reloading when using st.navigation()

### Checklist - [X] I have searched the [existing issues](https://github.com/st…reamlit/streamlit/issues) for similar issues. - [X] I added a very descriptive title to this issue. - [X] I have provided sufficient information below to help reproduce this issue. ### Summary When creating multiple pages using st.navigation(), the page is not reloading properly using reload button in google chrome. ![image](https://github.com/streamlit/streamlit/assets/45418179/1f7a88fc-1567-404f-a33c-34f846378cd8) I have to go back to the home page, click refresh (chrome), then go to the selected page ### Reproducible Code Example ```Python ##### Home.py page import streamlit as st pages = { "First Section" : [ st.Page("sections/Page1.py", title="Create your account") ], "Second Section" : [ st.Page("sections/Page2.py", title="Learn about us") ] } pg = st.navigation(pages) pg.run() ################################################### # sections/section1/Page.py page import streamlit as st st.header('Page 1') ######################################################## # sections/section2/Page.py page import streamlit as st st.header('Page 2') ``` ### Steps To Reproduce 1. Create the Home.py page from the code in the Reproducible Code Example 2. Create directory sections 3. Create directories sections/section1/ and sections/section2/ 4. Create Page1 in section1 from the code in the Reproducible Code Example 5. Create Page2 in section2 from the code in the Reproducible Code Example 6. Run the application streamlit run Home.py 7. Go to Page2 8. Click Reload ### Expected Behavior Page to reload the same way as using pages/ directory ### Current Behavior _No response_ ### Is this a regression? - [ ] Yes, this used to work in a previous version. ### Debug info - Streamlit version: 1.36.0 - Python version: 3.11.9 - Operating System: Widows - Browser: google chrome ### Additional Information _No response_
