I would like to know if it is secure for a company to develop a streamlit app where there will be uploaded private files.
The uploaded files to an app in Streamlit Cloud are protected?
As far as I can tell they are as protected as they would be if you uploaded them to any free service run by reasonably responsible people. If you were fine uploading your files to Google Docs, you should be fine uploading them to streamlit cloud too.

I believe your project uploaded files are kept to your project only in a bucket.
As far as I know, Streamlit is safe for uploading files to. Check their TOS for more clarification.
