Since today i can no longer access urls and extract content

My app is running on local host. Since today, I suddenly can no longer retrieve urls and extract content.
I use 'from lxml import html‘ module for this.
This worked without problems until yesterday. No matter which domain or URL I call up: Failed to extract text from the provided URL.
