St.exception : Make display-links to Google and ChatGPT optional or user dict

Hi Streamlit Dev-Team,
My request is to make display-links to Google and ChatGPT optional or user provided dict in “st.exception”.
Sometimes there are restrictions within organization on the choice of search engine or GENAI tools.

Starting from Streamlit 1.45.0 that’s about to go out, these links will only show up when accessing the app from localhost. (It’s not exactly what you requested, but hopefully will help a little.)
