Streamlit unable to find pyotp even though installed in requiremnet.txt

Unable to find pyotp… how to make it work… lcoally work find as I have env as .venu but in streamlit how to do that … i have already have pyotp in reuirment.txt so streamlit should work.

already have pyotp in reuirment.txt

maybe typo in filename? should be requirements.txt instead
