Text to speech conversion error

I’m trying to crete an app that converts uploaded txt files to speech. This is the code

I get this error on the app. Please what does it mean and how can I fix it

Hard to say by just looking at those blurry pictures. Remember that source code and error messages are made of text, not pixels.
