Hi! We really appreciate the intention around optimizing the experience for users.
On our side, we are working hard on optimizing the spin-up time. In the last quarter, we reduced the median spin-up time by 50%.
That being said, considering that the service is free, if everyone were using the feature you made, we would need to start shutting down applications more often or change the algorithm to maintain cost at a reasonable level.
If you need the application to be up all the time, I recommend self-hosting on your favorite cloud service provider.
