I meet the same problem. Did anyone find out a solution?
We are aware of another issue related to a stale cache that leads the user to the page. We are working on it, but it is a more sensitive change and it will take a couple of weeks to test and get out.
Until that happens, one thing that should work is to delete and redeploy the application.
Can you try that and let me know if it works? If it doesn’t work, can you send me the app URL?
